§ 38-9. Fees and fines for sewage and grease disposal in sewer system.

(a)

The city shall charge a fee of $200.00 per month to the pumping companies disposing sewage into the city's sewer system.

(b)

These companies will not be allowed to dispose of grease into the city's sewer system, and, should any of these companies be found disposing of grease into the city's sewer system, a fine of $1,000.00 will be imposed and that company will no longer be allowed to dispose of anything into the city's sewer system.
