§ 38-10. Water tap fees and costs.

Effective September 1, 2010, the following will be in effect for the city water department.
(1)

$300.00—tap fee for a new home with a three-fourths-inch meter plus cost of any road repair.

(2)

$500.00—tap fee for a new home with a one-inch meter plus cost of any road repair or road bore.

(3)

$600.00—tap fee for a new home with a two-inch meter plus cost of any road repair or road bore.
