§ 30-3. Tree cutting permit required for certain municipal franchisees.

Any person acting as agent for any public utility holding a valid franchise from the city who desires to cut or trim trees along any right-of-way within the city shall apply for an annual permit. In connection with the issuance of the permit there shall be provided the following information to wit:
(1)

The name, address and telephone number of the permittee.

(2)

The name, address and telephone number of the supervisor of the franchisee from whom the permittee is performing the work.

(3)

A copy of any policy of insurance in effect providing coverage for damages to persons or property as a result of the actions of permittee within the city.
