§ 4-29. Impounding officer and assistants.

The superintendent of the city's street department is designated as the impounding officer and he shall select such assistants as are deemed necessary to enforce the provisions of this article and they are hereby authorized to impound any dog roaming at large, or any dog being kept in the city that has not been vaccinated as herein provided.
