§ 38-7. Billing based upon individual units.

Any residential units or complexes serviced by an individual water meter used for consumption monitoring will be charged a water and sewer fee based upon the consumption of individual units, whether they are residences, apartments or condominiums, at the regular rate structure for all customers serviced by the city. These individual bills may be presented to the customer in a single bill with the aggregate of the individual units.
