Chapter 30. STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND OTHER PUBLIC PROPERTIES |
Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 30-1. Certain ordinances relating to streets not affected by Code.
Nothing in this Code or the ordinance adopting this Code shall be construed as repealing or otherwise affecting the validity of any ordinance:
(1)
Dedicating, accepting, naming, establishing, locating, relocating, opening, paving, widening or vacating any street or other public way in the city;
(2)
Relating to municipal street maintenance agreements with the state; or
(3)
Establishing or prescribing grades or widths for streets in the city;
and all such ordinances are hereby recognized as continuing in full force and effect to the same extent as if set out at length herein.
