§ 30-1. Certain ordinances relating to streets not affected by Code.

  • Nothing in this Code or the ordinance adopting this Code shall be construed as repealing or otherwise affecting the validity of any ordinance:

    (1)

    Dedicating, accepting, naming, establishing, locating, relocating, opening, paving, widening or vacating any street or other public way in the city;

    (2)

    Relating to municipal street maintenance agreements with the state; or

    (3)

    Establishing or prescribing grades or widths for streets in the city;

    and all such ordinances are hereby recognized as continuing in full force and effect to the same extent as if set out at length herein.
