§ 22-437. Same—Class B retail liquor permittees.
It shall be unlawful for the owner of operator of any business establishment owning a Class B retail liquor permit from the State of Louisiana, permitting the sale of package liquor, to sell alcoholic beverages (low alcohol content) from the establishment from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. of each day. Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be penalized as provided in section 1-8 of this Code.
