§ 40-1. Rezoning application fee.

(a)

The city requires a deposit of $50.00 for each rezoning application.

(b)

After the property owner attends both public hearings required for the rezoning application, the $50.00 deposit will be refunded to the property owner.

(c)

Should the property owner requesting the rezoning not attend both of the public hearings as required, the $50.00 deposit will not be refunded.
