§ 2-9. Presentation of bills to city manager at certain time prior to council meeting required for consideration or approval.

  • No current bills due by the city shall be considered or approved for payment unless the same shall have been presented to the city manager at city hall on or before the sixth day of the then ensuing month during which a regular meeting of the city council is held, and any such bill presented after the sixth day of any given month shall not be considered or approved by the council until its regular meeting in the next succeeding month.
