§ 24-1. Deposit and security required for use of city baseball parks.

(a)

The city shall collect a deposit of $100.00 from any group or organization holding a baseball tournament at any of the city's ball parks which deposit shall be refundable only when the parties responsible for holding the tournament have cleaned the ball park of all litter, trash and debris immediately after the tournament.

(b)

Any group or organization holding a baseball tournament at any of the city's ball parks must provide security at the group's expense during the entire time of the tournament.
