§ 18-21. Adopted.

(a)

There is hereby adopted by the city, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, the State Uniform Fire Prevention Code. Such code is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length in this chapter.

(b)

In the event there is a conflict between the provisions of the code adopted by reference in this section and other provisions of this Code or ordinances of the city, the other provisions of this Code or ordinances of the city shall prevail.
