§ 16-19. Weeds and noxious vegetation deemed a nuisance and hazard.

The presence of noxious weeds or grass or other deleterious, unhealthful or noxious growths on any sidewalks or banquettes and on any lot, place, or area within the municipality is declared to be a nuisance and a health hazard. The growth of weeds or other grass in excess of 18 inches is presumed to be a nuisance and a health hazard.
